Roundtable: COVID-19 in Latin America – Challenges and Prospects

On August 4th, I participated in a round panel on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic across Latin America, alongside Eduardo Engel (Espacio Publico and University of Chile), and Kenneth Frankel (Canadian Council for the Americas), hosted by Desmond Arias, Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College.
